Weekly Steam Chart: Exotic Survival Sandbox Soulmask Debuts in Top 5 but Can’t Topple Elden Ring

For the second week in a row, the portable PC Steam Deck dominates the Steam sales chart, with noticeable changes appearing in the top 10.

Main Happenings in the Chart

  • The shooter game Call of Duty ascended 25 positions into the second place with the onset of its fourth season.
  • Despite its story expansion, Shadow of the Erdtree, dropping from 9th to 13th, the role-playing action game Elden Ring maintained its third position.
  • The Ukrainian studio, CampFire, introduced the highest-ranking debutant – the survival simulator Soulmask. With ‘mostly positive’ reviews, it attracted a peak user number of 38,746 and debuted at the fourth position.

  • The second-best new release is the racing simulator F1 24 from Codemasters, which secured the ninth position despite moderate ratings and low online presence.

  • Other newcomers to the chart include the roguelike action game Nine Sols, the F.E.A.R.-like science-fiction shooter Selaco, and the god simulator Reus 2.

  • Returning to the Top 10, thank to discounts, are the survival simulator Rust, action game Red Dead Redemption 2, and role-playing action game Monster Hunter: World.
  • The action-adventure game Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II, which started in tenth position, dropped out of the chart after a week.
