MSI Unveils Flagship Video Cards with Built-In Liquid Cooling Systems – GeForce RTX 4090 Suprim Fuzion and RTX 4080 Super Expert Fuzion

MSI revealed its unique GeForce RTX 4090 Suprim Fuzion and RTX 4080 Super Expert Fuzion graphics cards at Computex 2024. Their distinctive feature lies in their unique cooling systems, where the radiator for each is situated within the card’s casing, deviating from the conventional layout.

Information about the GeForce RTX 4090 Suprim Fuzion model leaked a few days ahead of Computex 2024. It features a “patented closed liquid cooling system.” The cooler is equipped with two fans, with one likely cooling the liquid in the radiator while the other is used for additional cooling of the graphics card components.

The unusual graphic card’s coolant is equipped with a low-profile pump which is integrated with a water block consisting of a large copper base, with micro-channels within the GPU region and fins on its edges. The copper plate comes into contact with not only the GPU but also the surrounding memory chips.
