At the Lian Li 2024 Digital Expo, the company unveiled the prototype of its computer table DK-07 integrated with a system unit. The table can house not one, but two E-ATX motherboards, although this is not its most notable feature.
The centerpiece of the DK-07 table includes a “smart” glass layer 8 mm thick, which can transition between transparent and opaque at the touch of a button. Underneath this glass is a 30-inch transparent OLED screen supplied by LG, which can be utilized as a second monitor.
In the right side of the table, a covered niche containing drawers is presented for storing small items such as batteries and charging cables.
The left side houses a retractable USB hub featuring numerous ports, a wireless charger, and a full-sized outlet. There’s also an inbuilt cup holder with a cooling function.
DK-07 is compatible with two 280 or 360 mm liquid cooling radiators, six 120 mm or five 140 mm fans on the front side, one radiator up to 360 mm, and three 120 mm fans on the right side. There’s also a spot for a 280 or 260 mm liquid cooling radiator and three 120 mm fans on the left side.
The desk can accommodate up to four expansion slot graphics cards with a length of up to 340 mm. It also features four slots for 3.5-inch or 2.5-inch drives, and a bracket for mounting a monitor.
The front edge of the DK-07 is equipped with additional USB ports, a couple of 3.5-mm audio outputs, alongside control buttons.
Lian Li has yet to announce if this table will hit the market and its prospective price. Given its unique features, one can expect it won’t come cheap. Currently, the company is gathering feedback and suggestions regarding their new product.
