TeamGroup revealed its latest tech innovations geared to revolutionize the gaming landscape at this year’s Computex 2024 under the theme “Evolution of gaming with revolutionary AI capabilities”. The showcased high-end products include fast RAM, high-speed storage devices and more.
Next-Generation RAM
TeamGroup unveiled the T-FORCE XTREEM DDR5 RAM under its T-Create brand that scored a breakthrough by offering overlock speeds of up to 10,000 MT/s. It also showcased T-FORCE XTREEM ARGB DDR5 memory modules, featuring vibrant customizable RGB lights, with speeds clocking at 8,200 MT/s.
These 10-layer PCB memory modules, equipped with 2mm thick aluminium radiators, are designed to resist interferences, and attribute their enhanced heat conduction to silicone thermal gel application. The T-FORCE XTREEM DDR5 modules are now available in pink and white shades. Meanwhile, the lighted versions have been released in black and white.
In addition, TeamGroup also rolled out T-CREATE EXPERT Ai CKD DDR5 RAM and T-CREATE EXPERT Ai CAMM2 notebook modules. Thanks to TeamGroup’s patented memory chip selection technology, these modules deliver high-speed performance and data throughput. T-CREATE EXPERT Ai CKD DDR5 modules offer speeds of up to 7,200 MT/s with a total capacity of up to 48GB (2x24GB) and CL58 latency. Meanwhile, T-CREATE EXPERT Ai CAMM2 mobile memory offers speeds of up to 7,500 MT/s with CL28 timings or 6,400 MT/s with CL24, and a module capacity of 32GB or 64GB. Ultra-thin graphene heat spreaders facilitate heat dissipation in the modules.
Eco-Friendly Components
In keeping with its move towards greener materials, TeamGroup introduced T-FORCE DELTA RGB ECO DDR5 RAM for desktops that comes with a radiator made from 80% recycled aluminium and light guides made from 100% post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic.
Immersive Storage Solutions
The expo also displayed the next-generation INDUSTRIAL CXL 2.0 server memory module by TeamGroup, based on DDR5 chips. It features a proprietary graphene cooling technology and comes in an E3.S form factor.
Marking another launch, TeamGroup introduced the T-FORCE GE PRO Gen5 M.2 PCIe solid-state drive (SSD) incorporated with the T-FORCE DARK AirFlow 5 SSD cooler. The SSD boasts sequential read speeds of 14,000 MB/s and write speeds of 11,800 MB/s. It features smart heat management and a robust tower cooler that amplifies SSD performance, making it one of the fastest in the consumer segment.
The T-FORCE DARK AirFlow 5 SSD tower cooler, displayed in six different versions, combines a pure copper evaporator, an array of aluminium fins, and highly efficient fans to provide optimal active cooling for PCIe 5.0 SSDs, eliminating heat dissipation issues during peak operation.
T-FORCE M.2 PCIe 5.0 SSDs support TeamGroup’s patented S.M.A.R.T. intelligent monitoring software. By integrating advanced hardware and top-tier software, T-FORCE fully captures the evolution of gaming, epitomizing its pioneering approach to electronics development.
Advanced External SSDs for Content Creation
TeamGroup also showcased several external SSDs, primarily targeted at video and photography enthusiasts. T-CREATE CinemaPr P31, an external SSD perfect for professional video cameras, DSLRs, and smartphones, can conveniently mount onto a professional cage. It runs on USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 interface with a transfer speed of 20 Gbit/s and a data transfer speed up to 2000 MB/s, sufficient for capturing raw 4K or 8K images.
Meanwhile, the T-CREATE CinemaPr P33 Mag external SSD is designed for it to seamlessly connect with iPhones. It supports MagSafe’s magnetic fastening making it highly convenient. With 2TB of storage and support for iPhone Pro Max via USB-C or Lightning through its USB 3.2 Gen 1 interface (5Gbit/s), it easily accommodates 4K@60 ProRes formatted data for up to 144 hours.
For the professional photographers and video content creators, TeamGroup displayed the T-CREATE CinemaPr R41, a Cfexpress 4.0 Type B memory card reader.
Other external SSDs showcased included classic models like the Classic P51 and Expert P32, sturdy T-CREATE P35, and compact T-CREATE Z4A with an in-built Bluetooth tracker.
In TeamGroup’s lineup showed solutions designed for a wide temperature range, such as PCIe 3.0 M.2 SSDs capable of handling operating temperatures up to 105℃, DDR4 and DDR5 U-DIMM and SO-DIMM memory modules, and microSD memory cards. They ensure performance, reliability, and durability coupled with the company’s state-of-the-art patented cooling technologies.
Innovative Cooling Systems
TeamGroup displayed its maintenance-free liquid cooling systems, including the new T-FORCE SIREN series equipped with either 240mm or 360mm radiators. These cooling systems feature removable pump covers that can either be backlit or fitted with displays that provide vital PC status information or display media. Remarkably, the illuminated and the screen modules can be interchangeably synced through the magnetic mounting system, as per user preference.
