Bring it back to where you bought it and see if they can help…otherwise, call HP. Remember, you get more with honey than vinegar so be nice with the rep that you talk to on the phone. Keep us updated!! Good luck! __________________ Jack Cook Senior Editor, Dave’s iPAQ Microsoft MVP-Windows Mobile Devices NEW Dont forget our Podcast hotline telephone number in the US: 1-425-738-9506 available 24 hours a day 7 days a week or leave us a SKYPE Voicemail by clicking here . Join Date: Jan 2005 Posts: 86 | This is not a warranty issue, the cover will pop off if you snag it against something. That is not a maunfacturing defect, it is considered operator error. I consider it poor design, along with the protuding phone keys. (Who the heck would design an attenna cover with a couple of clips holding it on instead of screws?) I bought my replacement at http://www.pdasmart.com |
