DC Access, a leading Washington, DC-based ISP, today announced it was selected as the wireless Internet provider for the Open Park Project. In a separate release today, Open Park, a non-profit organization that’s focused on bringing free Wi-Fi to the National Mall, launched the first public outdoor Internet hotspot in the nation’s capital.
