G.Skill has unveiled its flagship Trident Z5 Royal DDR5 memory series, characterized by a premium design and ARGB lighting fashioned like crystals.
Each module’s radiator is uniquely designed, CNC-machined from aluminium, it undergoes an electroplating process to achieve a reflective mirror finish in silver and gold, befitting the Royal series.
Trident Z5 Royal DDR5 memory is designed for overclocking. It will be released as dual-channel DDR5-8400 kits with CL40 timings, available in 48GB and 96GB configurations. These sets include two modules of 24GB and 48GB respectively. The modules are advertised to support Intel’s XMP 3.0 overclocking profiles.
The ARGB lighting of the Trident Z5 Royal modules can be controlled via G.Skill’s Trident Z Lighting Control software or through popular third-party motherboard lighting control software.
The G.Skill Trident Z5 Royal DDR5 memory kits will be available by the end of this month. Although the pricing is yet to be announced, due to the esteemed standing of the Royal series, expect the modules to be priced on the higher end.
