Personally, reading the original post, I think it was fake. But that does beg the question – has the 4700 been forgotten by Hp? We all report similar issues with this expensive device, plus there is WMP 10. I notice that some ipaq’s released after the 4700 have allready had a ROM update. Does anyone have any clues? |

Rumors, in my opinion, bring out discussion that serves very little purpose other than to talk for the sake of talking. Would I expect an update at some point in time? Of course I would. What will it do? Fix issues that have arisen from its introduction. When could we expect an update? When HP is ready to release one. Frankly, I have had very few issues with my 4700 but there have been some and I am confident that HP will address issues that they feel are important to maintain the integrity of the line….just my thoughts! __________________ Jack Cook Senior Editor, Dave’s iPAQ Microsoft MVP – Windows Mobile Devices NEW Dont forget our Podcast hotline telephone number in the US: 1-425-738-9506 available 24 hours a day 7 days a week or leave us a SKYPE Voicemail by clicking here . It didnt look right to me so thought I would air my thoughts here. I don’t post very often but I usually think this site is more in touch than some and occaisionally has the “inside edge”. |
