upgrade 6315 -> 6340 hello is it possible to upgrade iPAQ 6315 to iPAQ 6340? does it loses the warranty? maybe it’s possible to downgrade if you want (getting the official 6315 upgrade)? thanks |

Since the 6315 is a 6365 which has been slightly modified for T-Mobile and since the 6340 is a 6365 without camera, changing from 6315 to 6340 would be a downgrade! If you mean just the ROM upgrades I’m afraid that the camera will no longer work with a 6340 ROM. You’d rather look for a 6365 ROM.
AFAIK there is an official ROM upgrade for the 6315 on the T-Mobile homepage. So you will perhaps not see the need to do something “unofficial”… |
