Activesync update

I just updated my Activesync to Activesync 3.8 and now my hp6315 wont sync . Any suggestions to what I need to do to make it work ?

Are you syncing wireless or via a cable or cradle? I ask cause Activesync 3.8 turns off the wireless sync by default. You will have to manually turn it back on for it to work again.

If you are using cable or cradle, are you getting any error messages?

How do you sync Wireless?

No , I dont have wireless. I sync by cradle
