I just did a hard reset on my 5555 and had to reinstall everything. Of course, that means that I have to re-activate Microsoft Reader if I want to read those e-books on my Pocket PC that have Digital Rights Management protection on them. Over the last several years, I have done it many times and eventually you run out of times you can re-activate. JC
