Arctic Unveils Liquid Freezer II CPU Cooler with Support for Future Intel Processors

Arctic has announced the introduction of a new line of liquid cooling systems, dubbed the Liquid Freezer III series. This includes models with radiator sizes of 240, 280, 360, and 420mm.

The manufacturer emphasizes that the Liquid Freezer III series uses a PWM-controlled pump developed expressly by the company’s engineers, with a focus on silent and efficient operation.

The pump operates at speeds ranging from 800 to 2800 revolutions per minute. Furthermore, the contact area of the liquid cooler’s water block has been optimized for future processors.

The Liquid Freezer III cooling systems come with new mounts designed for Intel Arrow Lake’s LGA 1851 processor socket. In addition, the manufacturer has incorporated a mount with a slight offset (5mm) for AMD processors to accommodate their chiplet structure and the slightly off-center hot spot found on their chips.

The Liquid Freezer III series incorporates a 60mm fan in its water block to provide additional cooling to the motherboard’s VRM subsystem. This fan, managed by PWM, operates at speeds of 400 to 2500rpm. The length of the tubes from the radiator to the water block is 450mm.

The radiator itself has also received a makeover. It features a thickness of 38mm and a finned area that is 23% larger than its predecessor, allowing for a higher liquid filling volume and more efficient heat dispersion.

The Arctic Liquid Freezer III cooling systems will be available in both black and white, with or without ARGB lighting. The fan efficiencies differ depending on the model and presence of lighting.

In celebration of the brand’s upcoming 23rd birthday, Arctic is offering price reductions on the Liquid Freezer III series. The new cooling systems are now available for purchase, with discounts valid until May 20th. They can be bought in Europe via Arctic’s official online store, as well as through Amazon and eBay.

In the US, these products are available through Amazon with the following prices:
