Be Quiet! Introduces Affordable Pure Power 12 Units with Up to 1000W Capacity

At Computex 2024, Be quiet! introduced a slew of new products, including the Pure Power 12 power supply unit (PSU) series. This new series of power supplies conforms to ATX 3.1 and PCIe 5.1 power standards.

The Pure Power 12 series includes five models with power output capacities of 550, 650, 750, 850, and 1000 watts. Each model comes with PCIe 5.1 and PCIe 6+2 power cables, a single 12 volt power rail, and LLC converters for stable and efficient performance. All Pure Power 12 models are designed to meet the 80 Plus Gold energy efficiency standard.

Unlike its predecessor, the Pure Power 12 M series, the new Pure Power 12 units lack modular cable designs. The updated PSUs feature quiet cooling with a 120mm fan.

According to Be quiet!, the new Pure Power 12 series will hit the market in September of this year. Prices will range from $79.99 for the 550-watt model to $134.90 for the 1000-watt model.
