Biostar Reveals A620MS Micro-ATX Motherboard for AMD Ryzen Chips

Biostar has recently introduced its new A620MS motherboard. This Micro-ATX format motherboard, armed with an entry-level AMD A620 chipset, is designed to build home and office systems based on Ryzen 7000 and Ryzen 8000G processors.

Features of the A620MS Motherboard

This motherboard comes equipped with two DIMM slots and supports a maximum of 96GB of DDR5 RAM operating at a speed of up to 6000MHz, configured as two 48GB modules. The A620MS also includes one PCIe 4.0 x16 slot and one PCIe 3.0 x1 along with four SATA III ports and one PCIe 4.0 x4 for NVMe drives.

Ports and Connectivity

On the connectivity front, the Biostar A620MS comes with six USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A ports, six USB 2.0 ports, one HDMI 1.4, and one DisplayPort 1.2.

Performance and Efficiency

The new model features a Realtek RTL8111H Gigabit network controller coupled with an ALC897 7.1-channel audio codec for smooth functioning. To make BIOS updates a breeze, Biostar has also included a handy button specifically for this process with the new motherboard.
