The third mystery game from the Epic Games Store mega sale campaign has been revealed. As promised, starting May 30, the much-anticipated game turned out to be the historical multiplayer medieval slasher game, Chivalry 2 from developers Tripwire Interactive and Torn Banner Studios.
In Chivalry 2, players can engage in medieval warfare battles with up to 64 people, featuring sword fights, volleys of flaming arrows, and castle sieges. The battles in the game are inspired by battle scenes from historical films.
Ever since its release in June 2021, Chivalry 2 has received numerous content updates, the most recent one – Regicide Update, was released just recently on May 22. The patch introduces a new map, campaign, weapons, improvements, and many more additions.
Chivalry 2 is available in the Russian segment of the Epic Games Store. To activate a free copy, players simply need to go to the game’s page on the service and click on the ‘Get’ button.
In time for the game giveaway, the Chivalry 2 developers have announced the first double experience week in the game’s history which has already started. The game’s audience has now exceeded 10 million people.
The Chivalry 2 giveaway will last for a week and will end on June 6 at 18:00 Moscow time – at which point the final, fourth mystery game will be revealed. The first game was Dragon Age: Inquisition in its full edition, followed by Farming Simulator 22.
The Epic Games Store mega sale began on May 16 and will finish on June 13 at 18:00 Moscow time. As part of the event, around 1800 goods can be obtained at discounts of up to 95%.
