The iPAQ Pocket PC h5400 Series ROM Update, 1.11.xx (SoftPaq SP24091), fails to install on the Spanish version of the iPAQ Pocket PC h5450 and h5455. When the ROM update fails, an error message is displayed indicating that the language is incorrect.
This issue affects the Spanish version of the iPAQ Pocket PC h5450 and h5455 running the Microsoft Windows Pocket PC 2002 Operating System.
To determine the iPAQ Pocket PC language, tap Start, Settings, System tab, Asset View, and then expand the System category.
This issue has been corrected in SoftPaq SP25514, which contains the Spanish version of the iPAQ Pocket PC h5400 Series ROM Update, 1.11.xx. SoftPaq SP25514 is available HERE on the HP website.
