NetIQ’s User Conference, Sonic Mobility (www.sonicmobility.com) today announced the availability of new functionality in sonicadmin that gives users remote access to NetIQ(r) AppManager(r) Suite via Pocket PC or BlackBerry wireless handhelds. Sonic Mobility’s sonicadmin is a standalone software solution that enables users to securely connect to their Windows NT/2000/2003 network to diagnose and fix problems on the fly, all from a handheld wireless device. sonicadmin offers powerful remote systems management features out of the box. In the most recent version, Sonic Mobility has developed additional interfaces to several leading network administration solutions to expand users’ abilities to manage their networks with more flexibility. NetIQ AppManager Suite is the latest solution to be supported.
