Gainward releases compact GeForce RTX 3050 6GB Pegasus graphics card

Gainward has launched the GeForce RTX 3050 6GB Pegasus, a graphics card designed for Mini-ITX compact systems. The device will be available in versions with and without additional factory overclocking of the GPU.

The GeForce RTX 3050 6GB features a graphics processor with 2304 CUDA cores, 10% less than the 8GB version. According to NVIDIA’s base specs, the graphic chip runs at 1470 MHz, 17% lower than the 8GB version. The memory bus of this device has been cut from 128 to 96 bits. With a memory speed of 14 Gbps per link, it delivers a data transfer rate of 168 Gbps. The card uses only 70W of power and does not require any additional power connections.

The Gainward Pegasus factory-overclocked version boasts a GPU clock speed of 1492 MHz. The card comes with a compact cooling system, which includes one fan with a total stop function. It remains stationary until the GPU temperature exceeds 60 degrees Celsius.

With a two-slot expansion thickness, the dimensions of the card are 162 x 117 mm. The Gainward GeForce RTX 3050 6GB Pegasus boasts an external video port ensemble comprising one DisplayPort 1.4a, one HDMI 2.1, and one DVI-D.
