Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions Receives First Trailer and Release Date – The Game Will Require Purchase, but Not for Everyone

Warner Bros. Games and its California-based developers Unbroken Studios have unveiled information about the competition platforms and release date of their multiplayer game, Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions.

The game, Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions, was confirmed last April for PC and unspecified consoles, but no trailers or release dates had been disclosed – although there was an unexpected gameplay leak.

Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions will go on sale on September 3rd of the current year for PC on the Steam and Epic Games Store, and for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, S, and Nintendo Switch. The announcement was accompanied by a new trailer.

The cost of Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions at launch will be $30. Additionally, PlayStation Plus subscribers will have the opportunity to get the game for free from September 3rd to 30th.

Players can create their character (or choose a familiar face from the Harry Potter universe), mount a broomstick, opt for a position (beater, catcher, keeper, or hunter), and engage in the fictitious game.

The game offers a career mode (single or co-op up to three people) with the opportunity to become a Quidditch World Champion, a multi-player mode, and comprehensive customization options. However, support for the Russian language has not been confirmed.

Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions also offers owners of Hogwarts Legacy a bonus (after authorizing through a Warner Bros. account), which includes a broomstick, magic wand, avatar appearance, and thematic emblem and celebration animation.
