Taiwan-based High Tech Computer (HTC) will soon start volume shipments of the iPAQ hw6515 PDA phones to Hewlett-Packard (HP), and the new shipments are expected to substantially help the company’s revenues in the coming months, the Chinese-language Commercial Times reported today – HTC declined to comment on the report.
