Web service outage monitoring service, DownDetector, reveals that the issues with OpenAI resources are occurring worldwide. ChatGPT’s own status page confirms that the service is unavailable for some users. The reasons for the disruption are under investigation. The page also displays that over the past 90 days, the uptime of ChatGPT was 99.67%.

The reasons behind ChatGPT’s disruption remain uncertain. It might be due to a sudden surge in traffic or another issue. It’s also unclear as to how long the service disruption might last.
