At the Computex 2024 exhibition, MSI is capturing attention with its unique GeForce RTX 40 Series AI Generated Edition graphics cards. Each exhibited accelerator is equipped with a custom cooling system shroud featuring a sculptural dragon design.
According to MSI, the design of each card is generated by a neural network and then 3D-printed. The dragon figures are far from simple: they are practically works of art. These are not ordinary “Lucky” dragons – MSI’s official mascot – but intricate and impressive designs.
Unfortunately, MSI is not forthcoming with the details of how these graphics cards were created. It is known, however, that GeForce RTX 4060 and RTX 4090 models formed the basis for these creations.
The dragon sculptures largely cover the fans that make up the cooling system, significantly restricting airflow. Thus, these graphics cards are unlikely to go on sale. However, they could serve as inspiration for future graphics card designs or for enthusiasts in computer customization or “modding.”
Previously, the company showcased the GeForce RTX 4090 Suprim Fusion and RTX 4080 Super Expert Fusion with built-in water cooling systems, which unlike the dragon-designed models, may actually go on sale.
