Nvidia has released the GeForce Game Ready 555.99 WHQL graphic driver package. This new release now supports DLSS 3 and Reflex for Pax Dei and Still Wakes the Deep games, as well as the Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree game expansion.
The new driver version includes support for eight G-Sync-compatible monitors. The comprehensive list can be found below.
Additionally, optimized gaming settings have been added for three games: Abiotic Factor, Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II, and XDefiant.
Along with the driver update, Nvidia released a new version of the Nvidia App control management center, which brings together the GeForce Experience application and Nvidia’s settings panel.
In particular, the new software version features Nvidia’s proprietary tool for overclocking GeForce graphics cards. More information about it can be found here.
The update also introduces support for streaming video recording using AV1 compression at 120 frames per second (only applicable to GeForce RTX 40 series graphics cards).
Issues addressed in the GeForce Game Ready 555.99 WHQL driver include:
- The Instant Replay function in GeForce Experience causing flickering or black screen issue;
- Problems with the FPS counter in the Nvidia App;
- Incompatibility issue of CUDA 12.5 with Docker images enabled with CUDA;
- Visual artifacts in Microsoft New Teams and Outlook when MFAA (Multi-Frame Sampled Anti-Aliasing) is enabled via the Nvidia control panel;
- Recognition issue of LG OLED48C4 TV and LG 32GS95UE as G-Sync-compatible.
Known issues include:
- The driver update page may not detect that the new driver has already been installed until the computer is rebooted.
