Remake of Iconic Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater Prepares for Unveiling
The much-anticipated remake of the popular stealth action game, Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, by Konami has remained absent from radar since last fall. It now seems set to finally come out of the shadows.
Renowned insider billbil-kun, in an exclusive piece on Dealabs, has ascertained that the next announcement on Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater is imminent.
According to billbil-kun, fans should expect news about Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater within the forthcoming ten days. The most likely date of the unveiling, as stated by the source, is June 6.
Post this announcement, Konami will reportedly begin accepting pre-orders for Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater. The standard edition is stated to cost $70, while details about the included items and the pricing of the collector’s edition, speculated to be $200, remain undisclosed.
Although Konami has yet to stipulate the release date for Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, a Sony piece from January places the remake among the releases slated for 2024, a timeline rumored prior to the game’s announcement.
Billbil-kun issued a caveat, stating that the launch of Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater could be delayed until 2025. This information was disclosed by a single source but was also suggested by a prominent distributor.
Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater is being developed for PC (Steam), PS5, Xbox Series X, and S on Unreal Engine 5. The remake will retain the original storyline, game design, core gameplay elements, structure, and voice actors.
