Super Flower Continues Industry Trends
While the Super Flower Leadex VII 2800W isn’t the first PSU equipped with four 12V-2×6 power connectors, it’s predecessor, the FSP’s 2500W Cannon Pro, has yet to hit the market despite its announcement in December of the previous year. Super Flower has remained silent about the release date of its newest product as well.
Superior Performance and Reliability
“At the Computex 2024 exhibition, Super Flower is proud to present the Leadex series of power units up to 2800W, meticulously crafted for professionals seeking unmatched performance and reliability. With 80 PLUS Platinum certification, the Leadex series delivers exceptional power efficiency. Fully compatible with ATX 3.1 and PCIe 5.1 power standards, the Leadex line ensures compatibility with the latest equipment. Incorporating Japanese capacitors, the new units maintain a reliable and stable output power. The Leadex PSUs feature fans with a hydrodynamic bearing and a copper shaft, optimally dissipating heat even under high load. For professionals needing cutting-edge power supply technology, the Leadex series is the best choice,” reads the manufacturer’s press release.
Target Market: Power-Hungry Workstations
Based on these specifications, the target market for these PSUs appears to be workstations that require multiple high-performance video accelerators.
