The F1 24 Racing Simulator set to go on sale on May 31, now with VR support and an updated story mode

Electronic Arts along with Codemasters have officially announced their next installment in the popular automobile simulation series, F1 24. An alluring trailer was launched on the occasion, however, it does not include any in-game footage – set to be revealed later.

F1 24 Gameplay and Features

The upcoming F1 24 will introduce to its fans an upgraded control system known as EA Sports Dynamic Handling and an enhanced physics model. The developers are also reintroducing the revised ‘Career’ and narrative mode that were present in F1 2021 and F1 23. They assure that all key features of the new automobile simulator will be disclosed in April.

Pre-Orders and Discounts

Pre-orders for F1 24 have begun and owners of F1 2021, F1 22, or F23 will enjoy a 15% discount. Two editions are available for purchase – ‘Standard’ and ‘Champion’. The latter provides several benefits such as early access to the game, a VIP pass, 18000 in-game currency, one month F1 TV Pro subscription (available only in the U.S.), and other bonuses.

Release Date and Compatibility

F1 24 will be available on May 31, 2024, for game platforms including PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and S. Champion Edition owners will enjoy early access to the game, three days sooner, on May 28. Also, the simulator will accommodate VR mode.
