I sent my V6600 back

I have had an Audiovox Thera from Verizon for 3 years and from the get go AV was unwilling to provide any customer support for the device. I bought the XV6600 at Verizon and tested it for the 13 days and when I saw the reply from AV and VZ I took the package back. I will be purchasing an I-Mate World phone (unlocked) which is about the same phone but with MUCH enhanced Wi-fi, updated BT, camera (not the best but there) IR – the works in a box. The I-Mate comes wit support group and true customer support from I-Mate. Too bad Verizon as I will now be using a GSM quad band phone that will take me around the world, hook to Wi-Fi in my Starbucks. BT to my head set, operate MS Vouice for star-Trck like diling, fax from the device etc. None of which is even on the drawing board at Verizon.
