Dave’s Ipaq – Spb shares its know-how @ Dave’s iPAQ

One of the standard services of Spb Software House is to help in the maintenance of and development of the Pocket PC community. Consequently, Spb has organized and conducted an experimental course dedicated to software development for Windows Mobile-based Pocket PCs.

This experimental course of lectures was given in the Department of Mathematics and Mechanics at Saint Petersburg State University, Chairs of Computer Science and System Programming. Within the framework of this course, the leading developers of Spb Software House lectured students on the ABC’s of software development for the Pocket PC and Smartphone platforms, and they shared their unique knowledge and experience which they have acquired during the company’s long-term commercial software development process.

Spb is planning to continue this initiative. Within the next year the theoretical portion of this course will be extended and the number of practical training classes will increase.

The students’ best works will be published on Spb’s website.
