Hp-6365 Main Speaker Problem

I HAD PURCHASED AN HP-6365 POCKET PC FROM MALAYSIA. JUST AFTER 3 WEEKS OF USING, THE MAIN SPEAKER HAS STOPPED FUNCTIONING. WHEN I HAD CONTACTED THE HP SERVICE CENTER IN MUMBAI-INDIA THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE SUPPORT AND GAVE ME A QUOTATION OF $430/-. I AM SHOCKED… PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT AS A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE FACING THE MAIN SPEAKER PROBLEM AND HP DOES NOT BOTHER AT ALL FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. TO KNOW MORE ABOUT THIS PLS EMAIL ME: mufi@jtbinfotechindia.com. CELL: +91-9820688890

I think there’s something wrong with your keyboard because either your SHIfT key is stuck or your CAPS LOCK is “always on.” That being said, there’s not a slight chance in hell that they would’ve given you a quote for $430/- perhaps 430 rupees which translates into $10-11. Also if your story is true, which I think is but more so a miscommunication because I know how..um..*nicely put*..”text book” the call centre’s are. In any case try again, and if you still can’t resolve the issue then you can probably obtain a replacement speaker part here:

Hope that helps.
