Do you have TOMTOM navigator installed on your pockect PC ? I have such pairing problem and noticed a compatibily problem : I can’t get the BT headphones driver and Tomtom Navigator to be installed at the same time on the PDA. When I hard reset the device and install tomtom navigator, it works properly. When I hard reset the device and install the HP BT headphones driver,it works properly. But as soon as I install both, I get an error message when enabling bluetooth (“could’nt load WAV driver”), I can’t get the headphones paired and there is no more sound on the PDA. Maybe you have the same kind of problem…

Did not find any solution yet…

Still no luclc, I do have Tom Tom Navigator installed and still cannot get my rx3715 to see the bluetooth headphones. I suppose I need to try performing a hard reset.

You need to put them in pairing mode? (Press and hold their centre button until the light starts alternating between blue and red quickly.)

I have had the same problem, and the same error messages, have consulted HP’s website to no avail, there is no support for the product anywhere at the moment, and this is the first mention of the issue I have found in any forum.
