antenna problems

recently the plastic piece that covers my 6315 antenna fell off and I cant find it
Does anyone know where I can find a piece to replace it

in short no. unless you can prove it was a manufacturing defect.

I saw some other guys complaining about this cover falling of their iPAQs. Sorry I can’t refer you to this forum cause it’s in hebrew but I’ll send them here to comment.

It should be covered under warranty for a least a year.

I would assume it’s a warranty issue. Bring it back to where you bought it and see if they can help…otherwise, call HP.

This is not a warranty issue, the cover will pop off if you snag it against something. That is not a maunfacturing defect, it is considered operator error. I consider it poor design, along with the protuding phone keys. (Who the heck would design an attenna cover with a couple of clips holding it on instead of screws?) I bought my replacement at
