The YouTube channel NextGen Dreams has released a video showcasing a mod for Cyberpunk 2077, inspired by the ultra-realistic first-person shooter Unrecord on Unreal Engine 5.
Creating the Ultra-Realistic Mod
The video showcases the Unrecord Bodycam Reshade mod created by the YouTube channel’s owner. The creator intensified the immersive effect and the perception of ultra-realistic graphics by employing the popular third-party graphic mods Nova LUT by theCyanideX, which provides a more natural color palette, and the Cyberpunk 2077 HD Reworked Project by HalkHogan, which enhances the textures.
NextGen Dreams also installed Immersive First Person by Bonaniki, which offers a free perspective without movement and allows the main hero’s model to be visible in first-person view. Additionally, the Unlocked FOV mod by 2077v2 was installed, expanding the field of view to 120 degrees. The image is made even more impressive with disabled interface elements. The modder ran the game on a PC with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 graphics card, ray tracing, and NVIDIA DLSS 3.5.
Reactions to the Mod
The video has already garnered over 355,000 views and 13,000 likes, becoming the fourth most popular on the NextGen Dreams channel. The top two most-watched videos on the channel are also dedicated to realistic mods for Cyberpunk 2077. Many have noted that the game no longer seems like Cyberpunk 2077. Users commended the video, contemplating the potential of next-generation projects.
“The most realistic version of Cyberpunk 2077 I’ve seen,” writes AntiKolabo77.
