Microsoft has announced on the Xbox Wire news blog the games that will be added and removed from the Game Pass subscription service for PC and Xbox in the first half of March, plus some for the second half.
Since the previous announcement, the retro shooter Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun (PC and Xbox) and the zombie action game Dead Island 2 (Xbox) have both premiered on Game Pass, with the latter unexpectedly appearing in the subscription lineup on February 22.
Upcoming Releases
By the end of next week, PC and Xbox Game Pass subscribers will receive four more games:
- The casual adventure game PAW Patrol World, inspired by the “PAW Patrol” animated series, coming March 7.
- The platformer SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom – Rehydrated, arriving on March 13.
- The complete edition of the third-person sci-fi shooter Control (Control Ultimate Edition), also available from March 13.
- The action game No More Heroes 3, available from March 14.
Game Pass March Additions and Removals
As for the second half of March, on the 19th, the early version (Game Preview) of the farming adventure Lightyear Frontier (PC and Xbox) and the new baseball simulator MLB The Show 24 (Xbox) will be added to the Game Pass.
In addition, from March 15, the space ship recycling simulator Hardspace: Shipbreaker, the remastered Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch, and the snowboarding game Shredders will be removed from the PC and Xbox Game Pass catalog.
