NVIDIA adds daily subscriptions and G-Sync, Reflex support to GeForce NOW.

In line with previous plans, the NVIDIA GeForce NOW cloud gaming service has launched “day passes” and now supports technologies such as G-Sync frame synchronization and NVIDIA Reflex input delay reduction. The latter is available for 60 and 120 FPS modes in desktop applications for Windows and MacOS.

A New Addition: Day Passes

The “day pass” makes it possible to use the benefits of paid tariffs for 24 hours from the time of activation. The Priority pass provides access to “premium servers” and supports game sessions of up to 6 hours at a resolution of up to 1080p at 60 frames per second. The Ultimate pass gives users access to servers with the GeForce RTX 4080 and unlimited play for up to 8 hours at a 4K resolution and support for 120 frames per second.

Although, a one-day pass will cost significantly more than one day with a monthly subscription. The latter costs are $9.99 for the Priority package and $19.99 for Ultimate. The cost for day passes, on the other hand, are $3.99 and $7.99, respectively.

Offering Improved Gaming Performance

The support for G-Sync and NVIDIA Reflex technologies will enable users of monitors with Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) technology to further minimize potential delays and enhance the smoothness and quality of the display.

In other news, NVIDIA has announced that the game Undisputed’s early access is now available on GeForce NOW. Also, players can look forward to The Thaumaturge, Classified: France ’44, Expeditions: A MudRunner Game, Winter Survival, Taxi Life: A City Driving Simulator, Zoria: Age of Shattering, and Granblue Fantasy: Relink being added to the platform.
